Barrack Street. No 5 Barrack Street was a proposed 13-storey urban apartment building with 29 apartments, including three double storey penthouses. All of the two-bedroom apartments were designed to take advantage of stunning views over the Swan River, with open-plan living areas and outdoor terraces. The proposal gained the full support of the Perth City Council.
