Champion Lakes. Champion Lakes is a contemporary planned community located on the edge of the new Champion Lakes International rowing course. We were engaged by Landcorp to provide detailed urban design advice on the masterplan and also provide a built form vision for the development, which has subsequently been incorporated into a set of design guidelines.

Our coordinated vision balances the landscape architecture and built form within a project that, in many ways, reflects the future for suburban communities. It is of medium density and designed with new sustainable urban principles in mind. Not only do the homes use project home building construction methods, the community is designed to be waterwise, with an emphasis on the use of native vegetation.
