Cottesloe Mews. Cottesloe Mews Shopping Centre was a comprehensive proposal for the redevelopment of an existing 1960s shopping centre into a contemporary mixed-use building, providing 14 new apartments and creating an appropriate contemporary retail, commercial and civic hub for the local community. The design addressed the aesthetic aspirations of the community and was support unanimously by the local council.
