Harvest Edge. Harvest Edge is a small urban neighbourhood community of approximately 200 dwellings, located on the edge of Harvest Lakes within the walkable catchment of the Harvest Lakes Village Centre. Created as a demonstration model, Harvest Edge explores the use of new urban principles. It showcases a diverse range of affordable small-lot housing that can be adopted by project builders, providing a contemporary aesthetic with typical project home construction methods.

Our involvement includes: urban design and masterplanning advice; developing housing types and products, as well as elevations for each of the housing types; advising on materials and colour palettes; and providing guidance on lot creation, streetscapes, parks and garden walls.

The first stage of the project has now been completed as a build out using a number of project home builders who have created demonstration homes that exemplify the benefits of considered urban design and built form visioning.
