The Knoll. Located in the centre of the Lindsay Beach Estate, The Knoll is a prominent and unique 1.5 hectare site, zoned for 15 dwellings. Physically, the site is a large vegetated remnant sand dune with wonderful views of the ocean. As a site of significance and high visual value, we were engaged to develop a masterplan and built form vision for the site that would minimize impact on the dune. Our work helped gain approvals for a site-sensitive road design and building platforms that protect much of the site’s native vegetation.
