South Preston Beach. South Preston Beach is a proposed beachside community that will be created to the south of the existing Preston Beach settlement. We have developed an appropriate built form vision for the project that is inspired by, and sympathetic to, the existing village, thereby reassuring local residents of the integrity and complementary nature of the new development.
