Witchcliffe. Witchcliffe is a large 600-lot subdivision connected to the historic village of the same name. To expedite the design process and gain the support of the local community, as well as stakeholders and the local council, we were commissioned to create a comprehensive built form vision, capturing and complementing the essence of the area. Our built form solution is now being incorporated into a set of design guidelines that will inform the design process moving forward.
