Simon Youngleson has a wide range of international experience gained over two decades in professional practice as a design architect in South Africa, New Zealand and now in Australia. Simon has travelled widely, including a visit to the USA on a study tour to study new urban planning.
Simon is accomplished in the design and coordination of one-off houses, large residential developments and New Urban projects. He has a proven record of working with individual clients as well as large corporate clients and considers the clear communication of his ideas an essential element in the success of his projects. While having worked on many different areas in Architecture.
Simon has specialized in residential architecture designing large and small houses, town houses, terrace houses, walk-up apartments, low-rise lifted apartments, high-rise apartments, retirement villages, aged-care facilities and the built form visioning for New Urban projects. In South Africa and subsequently in Queenstown, New Zealand Simon had successful Practices designing buildings with authentic regional characteristics and a timeless presence.
